Our Program

There Is Help at Martha's Foundation
Martha’s Foundation is home to a Teen Mother & Baby Program, where young girls between the age of 16-18 years of age are supported through their pregnancy and early motherhood with housing, parental training, education and resources.
Are you struggling and feeling alone? Not sure where to turn for help?

Our devoted support team offers Martha’s Foundations clients the foundation and framework they need to sort through life’s challenges, develop parenting skills, and make important decisions about their education and future family statability.

If you are:

A pregnant young woman
Between 16 – 18 years old
Still in school or not currently attending
In need of secure housing
Motivated to create a life of stability for you and your child

We Can Offer You:

A nurturing and supportive environment
Comfortable transitional housing
Educational Support & Guidance
Assistance with life’s basic needs
Life skills to help you succeed
Case management and counseling
Adolescent mothers are often at higher risk of pregnancy complications, including premature and low birth-weight deliveries. At Martha’s Foundation, teen mothers will be required to visit their healthcare providers as recommended and ensure infants are regularly attending pediatrician visits for immunizations and to monitor growth and development.
